The Polaris Council

The Polaris Council recognizes those who have made a commitment to CGMA through their will, trust, a beneficiary designation, or other type of deferred gift. Polaris is the anchor of the northern sky, serving to guide and lead toward a purposeful destination. In the same way, members of the Polaris Council serve as beacons of inspiration and hope for future generations of Coast Guard members.

As a member of the Polaris Council, you will receive:

• Recognition as a member of the Polaris Council in print and online (except where anonymity is requested).
• Invitations to special events hosted by CGMA.
• An official CGMA Polaris Council challenge coin to commemorate your generosity.
• The joy and reassurance of knowing your gift will make a lasting impact on the lives of Coast Guard members and their families.

Because all planned gifts represent an expression of confidence in CGMA, the Polaris Council has no minimum gift level and membership is for life.
